About the role

MedGrocer is seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead its Human Resources team in Makati. You will ensure that all people processes run smoothly, bridging company strategy with day‑to‑day execution while supporting a growing healthcare workforce.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily HR operations, including end‑to‑end recruitment, onboarding, and employee record management.
• Oversee payroll and benefits administration in compliance with Philippine tax and labor regulations.
• Facilitate performance management cycles, guiding supervisors and ensuring consistent feedback.
• Act as the primary point of contact for employee relations, handling grievances and driving engagement initiatives.
• Monitor HR metrics, report findings, and recommend process improvements aligned with company policies.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing HR functions in a fast‑growing organization.
• Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws, payroll, and benefits administration.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and develop an HR team.
• Excellent communication and conflict‑resolution skills.
• Ability to translate HR data into actionable insights.
