Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the role

Temu is looking for a highly motivated and experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join its fast‑growing team. The role offers the chance to work with driven professionals dedicated to making a difference in the e‑commerce industry.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement recruitment plans aligned with business development needs and execute specific recruitment activities to ensure successful hiring.
• Conduct in‑depth position analysis, drive recruitment progress, manage resume screening, candidate recommendations, evaluate recruitment effectiveness, and optimise processes.
• Support other HR‑related projects, report HR issues to superiors promptly, and provide improvement suggestions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• At least 3 years of recruitment experience, preferably in e‑commerce, with familiarity of various recruitment channels and processes.
• Understanding of local labour laws and company policies.
• Proficiency in English and the local language; Mandarin fluency preferred.
• Strong communication, coordination, problem‑solving abilities and proactive teamwork mindset.
