Senior Recruiter - Banking

About the role

As a Senior Recruiter you will partner closely with hiring managers and business leaders to deliver end‑to‑end recruitment for key banking functions. You will source, attract, assess and secure top talent while providing an exceptional candidate and stakeholder experience.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers and business leaders to manage recruitment for banking roles.
• Act as a trusted advisor, offering market insights and hiring guidance.
• Develop and execute hiring strategies together with sourcing teams.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from role briefing to onboarding.
• Build strong talent pipelines and support workforce planning.
• Deliver a high‑quality candidate experience while meeting hiring targets and SLAs.
• Ensure recruitment data accuracy, process compliance and adherence to regulatory requirements.

Required profile

• Prior recruiting experience within the banking industry, preferably in Investment, Corporate or Private Banking.
• Strong stakeholder‑management skills with the ability to build effective relationships.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Willingness to work in a hybrid setup (3‑4 days onsite per week).
