About the role

Glory Reborn is seeking an experienced cross‑cultural HR professional to help build and lead its Human Resources department in Cebu, Philippines. This position offers the chance to make a meaningful impact within a ministry environment while gaining valuable international experience.

Key responsibilities

• Implement a new HRIS platform and ensure smooth adoption across the organization.
• Create and manage digital scheduling systems for staff.
• Collaborate with international partners to design up‑skilling and training opportunities.
• Provide mentorship and Biblical discipleship to local personnel.
• Develop HR policies and procedures covering recruitment through retirement.
• Train, coach, and develop an internal HR team.

Required profile

• Proven experience in HR within cross‑cultural or international settings.
• Willingness to work in a ministry context and support spiritual mentorship.
• Commitment to a minimum three‑month stay in the Philippines.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
