HR Generalist – BPO/Corporate Operations

About the role

The HR Generalist will support day‑to‑day HR operations in a fast‑paced BPO or corporate environment. This position is ideal for an early‑career professional who is detail‑oriented, eager to learn, and ready to contribute to onboarding, employee relations, compensation, payroll, and compliance activities.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with pre‑employment requirements, onboarding documentation, and new‑hire orientation; coordinate with Recruitment and Operations.
• Serve as the first point of contact for employee inquiries, document incidents, and support off‑boarding processes.
• Help enroll and process government‑mandated and company benefits; address employee queries on leaves and allowances.
• Prepare and validate payroll inputs (attendance, leaves, overtime) and support timely payroll submission.
• Support compliance with Philippine labor laws, process statutory contributions, and maintain audit‑ready documentation.
• Maintain accurate HR files, trackers, and reports (headcount, attrition, attendance) and assist with HR initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration or related field.
• 1–2 years of HR or administrative support experience; BPO/shared‑services exposure is a plus.
• Basic knowledge of Philippine labor laws and statutory benefits (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag‑IBIG).
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to handle confidential information.
