HR Assistant

About the role

We are seeking a proactive and organized HR Assistant to join our Human Resources team. The role supports daily HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, records management, payroll assistance, benefits administration, and employee engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date employee records while ensuring strict confidentiality.
• Track employee attendance, leave applications, and time‑keeping reports.
• Assist in payroll preparation by collecting and submitting accurate employee information.
• Support the administration of employee benefits and statutory government contributions.
• Address employee questions related to HR policies, procedures, compensation, and benefits.
• Help organize employee engagement programs, training sessions, and company activities.
• Ensure HR processes comply with company policies and applicable labor laws.
• Prepare HR‑related reports, documentation, and perform other administrative duties as assigned.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration or a related discipline.
• At least one year of experience in Human Resources or general administrative support (advantageous).
• Familiarity with recruitment, onboarding, payroll processing and HR administration (preferred).
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Professionalism, integrity and ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast‑paced environment.
