Workday Data Conversion Consultant (HR Strategy & Technology)

About the role

Deloitte's Workday practice assists organisations in leveraging the Workday platform to drive business impact. As a Workday Data Conversion Consultant you will support clients in migrating HR data to Workday, ensuring accurate transformation, loading, and validation of information.

Key responsibilities

• Assess client HR needs and design, develop, and integrate HCM solutions on Workday.
• Lead the end‑to‑end data migration process from legacy systems to Workday.
• Gather data requirements, map source data to conversion templates, and create ETL scripts for transformation and loading.
• Champion Workday data load tools such as EIB, Advanced Load, Object Transporter, and Migration Recipe.
• Collaborate with functional and integration teams to align data requirements with configuration and integration needs.
• Support data validation activities by building custom reports and resolving data issues.
• Provide guidance on risk, impact, and resolution strategies related to data conversion.
