Hotel Reservation Agent (Entry Level) – Up to ₱27,000/month

About the role

We are looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Hotel Reservation Agents in a fast‑paced BPO environment. You will assist guests with hotel bookings, handle reservation‑related inquiries, and ensure a smooth, hassle‑free experience for every customer.

Key responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries via phone, chat, or email.
• Assist guests with hotel bookings, cancellations, rebookings, and modifications.
• Provide accurate information on room availability, rates, and hotel policies.
• Resolve customer issues efficiently and professionally.
• Document all interactions in the system and escalate complex cases when needed.
• Meet quality, productivity, and customer‑satisfaction targets.

Required profile

• High School or Senior High School graduate (college degree is a plus).
• Fresh graduates, career shifters, or candidates with no prior BPO experience.
• Strong English communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Customer‑focused, detail‑oriented, and able to multitask.
• Willingness to work onsite in Malate, Manila, on shifting schedules including weekends and holidays.
