Head of Finance (Vice President Finance / CFO)

About the role

We are looking for a strategic and hands‑on finance leader to serve as Vice President Finance / CFO. The role will oversee the full spectrum of financial management, drive business performance, and support executive decision‑making.

Key responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of financial management, including accounting, FP&A, treasury, tax, and compliance.
• Provide strategic financial guidance to the executive team to support growth and profitability.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and long‑term financial planning processes.
• Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting in line with regulatory and statutory requirements.
• Manage cash flow, capital structure, and funding requirements.
• Strengthen internal controls, risk management frameworks, and governance practices.
• Partner with business units to drive operational efficiency and performance improvement.
• Lead and develop a high‑performing finance team.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; CPA and/or MBA preferred.
• Proven experience in a senior finance leadership role (VP Finance, CFO, or equivalent).
• Strong commercial acumen with the ability to influence strategic decisions.
• Experience in multinational or regional business environments is an advantage.
• Fluent in Chinese (Mandarin and/or Fookien).
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
