About the role
StaycationGo, the digital platform behind the Emmy‑winning travel show Staycation, is looking for a Head of Development to lead its engineering team. This senior role combines people management with hands‑on coding to drive the product pipeline.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and mentor the development team, ensuring steady progress of the product roadmap.
- Ship production‑ready features yourself while reviewing code from the team.
- Communicate proactively with leadership to keep stakeholders informed.
- Make informed architecture and deployment decisions aligned with business goals.
Required profile
- Proven experience managing a software development team.
- Strong full‑stack development background.
- Clear English communication and willingness to raise issues early.
- Availability to work between 1 PM and 10 PM Philippine time.
