About the role

StaycationGo, the digital platform behind the Emmy‑winning travel show Staycation, is looking for a Head of Development to lead its engineering team. This senior role combines people management with hands‑on coding to drive the product pipeline.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and mentor the development team, ensuring steady progress of the product roadmap.
• Ship production‑ready features yourself while reviewing code from the team.
• Communicate proactively with leadership to keep stakeholders informed.
• Make informed architecture and deployment decisions aligned with business goals.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing a software development team.
• Strong full‑stack development background.
• Clear English communication and willingness to raise issues early.
• Availability to work between 1 PM and 10 PM Philippine time.
