Growth Marketer

About the role

We are seeking a data‑driven Growth Marketer to own paid media and search initiatives across HMR’s channels. In this role you will drive measurable growth in traffic, leads, and revenue by combining performance marketing expertise with emerging AI‑driven search strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, launch, and optimise paid media campaigns on Google Ads (Search, Shopping, Display, YouTube), Meta, TikTok and other platforms.
• Develop and execute SEO and SEM strategies to increase organic and paid search visibility.
• Implement AI‑driven search optimisation (GEO and AEO) to surface HMR in generative and answer engine results.
• Build AI‑powered workflows for content production, reporting and campaign operations.
• Track, analyse and report performance against KPIs such as ROAS, CAC, conversion rate, CPL and channel efficiency.
• Conduct A/B testing of landing pages, ad creatives and funnels to improve conversion.
• Manage budgets and continuously improve spend efficiency.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of hands‑on digital/performance marketing experience.
• Practical experience with Google Ads (Search, Shopping, Display).
• Strong grasp of SEO and SEM fundamentals.
• Working knowledge of paid media on Meta and TikTok.
• Familiarity with GEO and AEO concepts.
• Comfortable using AI tools for marketing automation.
• Analytical mindset with experience using GA4 and dashboards.
