Growth & Campaign Marketer – Full‑Stack

About the role

OWN Academy is seeking a full‑stack Growth & Campaign Marketer to drive awareness, engagement, leads and growth across its markets. This hands‑on position will involve everything from strategy to execution, covering content, paid and organic acquisition, CRM, analytics and optimisation.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute multi‑channel growth campaigns that align with business and enrollment objectives.
• Manage the full customer journey—from awareness to enrollment—identifying and improving performance at each funnel stage.
• Create and coordinate content for social platforms, email, websites and landing pages.
• Plan, launch and optimise paid advertising campaigns, monitor budgets and ROI.
• Design and run email and CRM lead‑nurturing journeys, segment audiences and personalise communications.
• Track, analyse and report on campaign performance, build dashboards and conduct A/B testing.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in growth, digital or performance marketing.
• Strong understanding of the full marketing funnel and data‑driven optimisation.
• Commercially minded, creative and highly analytical.
• Ability to work independently in a fast‑moving, lean team.

Required skills

• Meta Ads and other paid digital advertising platforms.
• Google Analytics, Google Workspace.
• CRM and email marketing platforms.
• Canva or similar design tools.
• Notion and other marketing automation tools.
