Grid DevOps Internship

About the role

Trend Micro is seeking enthusiastic Grid DevOps Interns to support its cybersecurity operations. You will work with a team that processes binary files, manages incidents, and drives operational excellence in a fast‑moving environment.

Key responsibilities

• Process and analyze computer binary files using technical knowledge.
• Meet business objectives and team targets defined by Service Level Objectives.
• Manage service incidents or problems and improve end‑to‑end processes.
• Ensure services are delivered effectively and efficiently.
• Participate in project‑management or employee‑driven initiatives to boost productivity and operational excellence.

Required profile

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field.
• Willing to complete at least 500 internship hours.
• Strong passion for cybersecurity and innovation.
• No prior work experience required.

Required skills

• Python programming.
• Software development fundamentals.
• Understanding of networking concepts.
• Basic quality assurance knowledge.
