Python Full-Stack Engineer

About the role

MicroSourcing is looking for a Python Full‑Stack Engineer to develop and maintain end‑to‑end web solutions. The role combines backend development with UI work and integration of AI‑driven workflows, all in a remote night‑shift environment.

Key responsibilities

• Ship end‑to‑end features and fixes across Flask/Python backend, Jinja templates, Bootstrap/JavaScript UI, and database models.
• Build and maintain reliable integrations, REST APIs, OAuth flows, and background processing systems using PostgreSQL, SQLAlchemy, Alembic, Redis, and queued workers.
• Extend agentic workflows that connect web applications to AI/voice systems, webhooks, queues, and EHR/CRM platforms.
• Manage relational data changes safely and ensure idempotent processing in containerized AWS deployments.

Required profile

• Strong professional Python experience in a mature production codebase.
• Full‑stack capability covering backend logic, databases, and vanilla JavaScript UI.
• Hands‑on experience with Flask (or comparable Python web frameworks), PostgreSQL, SQLAlchemy and schema migrations.
• Proven ability to integrate third‑party APIs, debug webhooks, and work with AWS/containerized deployments.
• Proficiency using AI coding tools (e.g., GPT, Claude Code, Cursor) to accelerate development safely.
