Global Finance Solutions Analyst II

About the role

The Global Finance Solutions Analyst II will act as the system administrator for OneStream, Regal Rexnord’s global consolidation, planning and account reconciliation platform. The role supports the monthly accounting close, consolidation and forecasting processes in partnership with finance teams worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Perform server administration tasks, manage user/group security, group policies and monitor system resources.
• Provide help‑desk support, troubleshoot issues, and resolve root‑cause problems.
• Monitor data‑center health, conduct routine audits, and ensure backup integrity.
• Maintain system stability, develop change‑management protocols and enforce SOX‑compliant access controls.
• Prioritize and manage a backlog of finance system projects, communicate schedules to stakeholders and document procedures.

Required profile

• 2‑5 years of system administration experience in large, complex financial environments.
• High‑energy, collaborative work style with strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills and attention to detail.

Required skills

• OneStream platform administration.
• Experience with EPM/CPM tools such as Anaplan, Oracle Hyperion HFM, SAP BPC, Cognos or Tagetik.
• Server administration, security permissions, backup management and change‑management processes.
