Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily order fulfillment operations.
• Manage warehouse staff and logistics teams.
• Ensure timely and accurate order processing and shipping.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and stock levels.

• Coordinate with suppliers, carriers, and internal departments.
• Monitor KPIs and prepare performance reports.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in fulfillment or warehouse management.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent organizational and problem‑solving abilities.
• Proficiency in inventory and warehouse management systems.
• Knowledge of shipping and logistics regulations.
• Ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
