About the role

ATAIN is seeking a French‑speaking Customer Service Representative to join its BPO team. You will handle inbound calls from hotel guests, resolve queries, and ensure a high standard of service while working on rotating shifts.

Key responsibilities

  • Answer incoming calls from hotel customers and address their inquiries.
  • Provide assistance for reservations, sales, and service‑related issues.
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions and follow established procedures.
  • Adapt to shifting schedules and work onsite at the delivery center.

Required profile

  • High school diploma or higher (bachelor’s degree or 2‑year vocational graduate preferred).
  • At least 6 months of BPO experience in hotel, tourism, reservation or sales.
  • Fluent in French and English (spoken and written).
  • Strong computer navigation skills with minimal supervision.
  • Filipino nationality and willingness to work onsite on shift patterns.
