Food Service Manager – Lead Sales & Partnerships

About the role

The Food Service Manager will lead the growth and overall management of our Foodservice channel, shaping strategic plans, driving sales performance, and building strong partnerships with key clients such as hotels, quick‑service restaurants, fine‑dining establishments, buffets, cafés and bistros.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve volume, revenue and market‑share targets for the Foodservice channel.
• Monitor sales performance, set KPIs and report growth metrics.
• Develop and execute strategic plans, pursuing new business opportunities.
• Strengthen relationships with key customers and conduct ideation sessions with decision‑makers.
• Collaborate with Marketing on promotions and with Product Development on menu concepts.
• Formulate pricing strategies to enhance competitiveness and market penetration.
• Analyse market trends, customer needs and competitor activity.
• Lead, coach and manage the Foodservice sales team.
• Represent the company at industry groups and events.
• Prepare sales forecasts, performance reports and strategic recommendations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Tourism/Hospitality Management, Culinary, Business, Marketing or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, key‑account management or business development within food/hospitality, including leadership of a sales team.
• Strong leadership, communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Professional appearance, confidence and a customer‑focused mindset.
• Strategic thinker with solid analytical and decision‑making skills.
• Self‑driven, organized and committed to continuous improvement.
• Passion for the food industry, culinary trends and food culture.
