Fleet Operations Manager

About the role

The Fleet Operations Manager will lead the daily management of Meralco’s electric‑vehicle (EV) fleet, ensuring optimal utilization, reliability and performance. You will use data‑driven insights to guide decisions, develop dashboards and support the company’s EV mobility objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day fleet operations, including vehicle availability, dispatch, routing, scheduling and deployment of EV assets.
• Monitor fleet performance metrics such as uptime, usage and operational issues, and ensure timely resolution.
• Consolidate and analyze operational data, create and maintain dashboards and KPI reports, and provide actionable insights to management.
• Identify inefficiencies, design and implement process improvements, standardize workflows and drive cost‑optimization initiatives.
• Coordinate with internal teams (maintenance, charging infrastructure, logistics) and external vendors to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory, safety and environmental standards, and oversee preventive maintenance schedules.
• Maintain accurate operational records and prepare periodic performance reports.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Transportation, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in fleet management, logistics, transportation or operations management; experience with EV or mobility services is a plus.
