Finance Director (CPA) – Strategic Financial Leader

About the role

MedGrocer is seeking a Finance Director (CPA) to act as a strategic business partner to the Executive Team. You will shape the company’s financial roadmap, drive capital allocation, and ensure the fiscal health needed to expand its digital health impact across the Philippines.

Key responsibilities

• Steer multi‑year financial strategy, including capital allocation, investment analysis and fundraising support.
• Transform financial data into predictive insights that guide enterprise‑wide decisions and profitability.
• Design and implement robust internal controls and automated financial systems to support hyper‑growth.
• Lead high‑level negotiations with banks, investors and key stakeholders to optimise the capital structure.
• Govern tax strategy and regulatory compliance at national and local levels to mitigate risk.

Required profile

• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) with extensive senior finance experience.
• Proven track record in strategic financial planning, capital allocation and investment analysis.
• Strong understanding of tax regulations and compliance in the Philippines.
• Experience negotiating with financial institutions and investors.
• Ability to lead finance teams in a fast‑moving, technology‑driven environment.
