Field Operations Scheduler (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for an organized, proactive Field Operations Scheduler to manage our mystery‑shopping programs across multiple markets. Working remotely, you will recruit independent shoppers, assign missions, and ensure on‑time completion while handling cancellations and no‑shows.

Key responsibilities

• Source, match, and assign independent shoppers to missions based on location, qualifications and deadlines.
• Manage a high volume of assignments across multiple active projects, monitoring progress to prevent delays.
• Review new client projects, map optimized assignment routes and coordinate seamless launches.
• Troubleshoot cancellations and no‑shows, securing backup coverage and escalating critical gaps.
• Maintain rapid communication with shoppers via email, Zoom, phone and chat, providing clear project guidance.
• Update internal tracking systems daily to ensure accurate reporting of project completion rates.
• Post basic social‑media updates and outreach campaigns to attract new shoppers.

Required profile

• Experience in staffing, recruiting, dispatching, field operations or coordinating gig workers.
• Proven ability to manage independent contractors or distributed field teams.
• High accountability, proactive self‑direction and flexibility to work evenings/weekends.

Required skills

• ShopMetrics or similar workforce‑management platform.
• Advanced Excel or spreadsheet data‑management.
