About the role

The Logistics Operations Specialist will act as the primary point of contact for tooling demand across both local and international sites. This bilingual position requires fluency in Spanish and English to support seamless coordination of inbound tools, site‑to‑site transfers, and returns while maintaining high service standards.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and execute tooling demand for multiple locations.
• Coordinate domestic and international logistics, including returns and on‑time delivery of inbound tools.
• Manage site‑to‑site transfers and keep the ETM catalog up to date.
• Provide regular reports, updates, and clear communication to stakeholders.

Required profile

• Fluent in both Spanish and English.
• Background in logistics, supply chain, planning, or operations.
• Strong computer and system navigation abilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Customer‑focused with a strong service orientation.
• Ability to work independently, take ownership, and solve problems analytically.
• Comfortable thriving in fast‑paced, high‑pressure environments.
