Field Officer – Door-to-Door Debt Collection

About the role

Home Credit Philippines is seeking energetic Field Officers to join its debt recovery team in the National Capital Region. You will work directly with clients, visiting them in person to negotiate payment plans and recover outstanding balances.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct door‑to‑door visits to clients with overdue payments.
• Develop and execute action plans to recover outstanding balances.
• Negotiate payoff deadlines or structured payment plans.
• Address client questions and complaints regarding their balances.
• Achieve monthly recovery targets set by the company.

Required profile

• High school graduate (Grade 10 or higher).
• Own means of transportation for field visits (motorcycle, bicycle, e‑bike, car, etc.).
• Strong negotiation and conflict‑resolution abilities.
• Willingness to work in the field without prior experience; field collections, sales, delivery or rider experience is a plus.
