Facilities & Workplace Operations Senior Manager

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Facilities & Workplace Operations Senior Manager to lead multi‑site workplace operations across key business locations. The role ensures efficient facility performance, optimises resources and delivers high‑quality support services that enable smooth business operations.

Key responsibilities

• Lead multi‑site space planning, capacity management and facilities optimisation.
• Oversee asset lifecycle management, including maintenance, tracking and disposal.
• Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory and statutory requirements.
• Manage budgets, forecasting, cost control and financial performance of sites.
• Drive process improvements and cost‑efficiency initiatives.
• Oversee delivery of support services such as maintenance, security, transport and site services.
• Manage vendors, contracts and service‑level performance.
• Lead end‑to‑end facilities projects, from planning to execution and risk management.
• Promote sustainability initiatives and ensure environmental compliance.
• Lead teams and engage stakeholders to ensure service excellence and operational alignment.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
• Licensed engineer (Electrical, Mechanical or equivalent) preferred.
• 5–10 years of experience in facilities, property or operations management in a multi‑site environment.
• Strong background in vendor management, budgeting and service‑delivery oversight.
• Proven experience in project management and operational process improvement.
• Knowledge of regulatory compliance, safety standards and sustainability practices.
• Excellent leadership, stakeholder management and problem‑solving abilities.
