EUC Engineer

About the role

The EUC Engineer will support and optimise Windows‑based infrastructure and enterprise identity platforms for a global organisation. You will work closely with development, support teams and external vendors to ensure reliable service delivery and rapid incident resolution.

Key responsibilities

• Lead technical initiatives, projects and optimisation efforts across Windows servers, AD, DNS, DHCP, Microsoft 365, AWS and Azure environments.
• Diagnose and resolve application, system and performance issues, escalating major incidents as needed.
• Develop and maintain automation scripts and utilities to streamline routine tasks.
• Participate in on‑call rotation, providing after‑hours support and incident response.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree with 5‑7 years of systems or infrastructure engineering experience.
• Proven experience in a technical leadership or SME role, with strong oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to quickly learn and apply emerging AI tools to support technical workflows.

Required skills

• Advanced knowledge of Windows servers, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP and Microsoft 365 services (Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams).
• Experience with enterprise identity platforms (Entra ID/Active Directory) and public cloud services (AWS, Azure).
• Familiarity with third‑party SaaS solutions such as Saviynt, ChatGPT Enterprise and Claude AI.
• Proficiency in scripting for automation and use of system/problem management tools.
