Senior Business Analyst

About the role

The Senior Business Analyst supports the Director of Business Analysis and drives AI‑enabled and low‑code solutions across Global Operations, improving efficiency, decision quality and user experience.

Key responsibilities

• Improve operational performance through AI‑enabled automation, analytics and human decision‑making.
• Analyze and redesign workflows using process and value‑stream mapping to deliver measurable outcomes.
• Collaborate with technology and data teams to structure data‑driven workflows and enable effective automation.
• Support adoption of autonomous agents and AI tools while ensuring human oversight, transparency and compliance.
• Define and track success metrics that demonstrate improvements in speed, quality and scalability.

Required profile

• 5‑7 years of experience in business analysis, process transformation or digital operations, preferably in large‑scale AI‑enabled environments.
• Proven success leading end‑to‑end process mapping and workflow improvement initiatives.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills with ability to communicate performance improvements.
• Experience supporting AI adoption and change management in global organizations.

Required skills

• Process mapping/documentation tools such as BusinessOptix, Signavio or similar.
• AI‑focused automation tools: low‑code platforms, RPA, process mining.
• Generative AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot) and ability to craft effective prompts.
• Knowledge of responsible and ethical AI use, including fairness, transparency and human oversight.
