ETL Developer

About the role

We are looking for an experienced ETL Developer to design, build, and maintain data integration solutions that support our business applications. The role involves translating business requirements into technical specifications while ensuring compliance with AML and MLPP regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Gather and analyse user requirements for system design and data integration.
• Design and develop application modules, file structures, interfaces, programs, and reports.
• Implement backup, recovery, and archiving procedures.
• Code, compile, and test new and revised programs following SDLC, security, and audit standards.
• Prepare test data, execute functional tests, and create test, conversion, and implementation plans.
• Maintain comprehensive system documentation and manuals.
• Supervise file conversions and provide technical support to end‑users.
• Conduct initial training sessions for users and trainers.
• Identify and recommend process improvements to increase efficiency.

Required profile

• Graduate or degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in Java development and ETL processes.
• Proven experience working in Agile environments.
• Familiarity with cloud‑based platforms.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
