ERP Implementation Specialist – Remote (US Client)

About the role

We are looking for an ERP Implementation Specialist to lead the deployment of a manufacturing ERP system for a U.S.-based client. The role is fully remote, allowing you to work from the Philippines while collaborating with the client’s US team to streamline production, inventory and purchasing processes.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the end‑to‑end implementation of the ERP solution for a manufacturing environment.
• Analyse existing workflows and design improvements to increase efficiency.
• Configure and optimise modules related to production planning, inventory control and purchasing.
• Coordinate with the US client team to ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Provide training and support to end‑users during and after go‑live.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading ERP implementations in a manufacturing setting.
• Strong ability to work independently in a remote, cross‑cultural environment.
• Excellent communication skills to interact with US stakeholders.
