Employee Relations Expert III

About the role

ING Hubs Philippines is looking for an experienced Employee Relations professional to help build a fair, respectful and compliant workplace. As an Employee Relations Expert III, you will act as a trusted advisor to leaders, HR stakeholders and employees, handling employee relations cases, workplace investigations, labor relations matters and policy governance.

Key responsibilities

• Manage employee relations cases from intake through resolution, assessing complaints, misconduct concerns, policy violations and disputes.
• Support and coordinate workplace investigations with relevant stakeholders.
• Administer disciplinary processes, including due process documentation and administrative hearings.
• Facilitate grievance handling, mediation and conflict resolution.
• Partner with Legal, HR Business Partners and business leaders on labor relations matters, and represent the organization in labor and regulatory proceedings when required.
• Advise on policy interpretation, labor regulations and employee relations best practices.
• Identify workplace risks and recommend mitigation strategies, and prepare management reports and case summaries.

Required profile

• 5 to 8 years of experience in Employee Relations, Labor Relations, Human Resources, Legal Compliance or a related field.
• Proven experience managing employee relations cases from intake to closure.
• Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws, procedural due process and employment regulations.
• Experience with disciplinary actions, workplace investigations, grievance management and labor disputes.
• Ability to handle confidential matters with professionalism and integrity.

Nice to have

• Experience with SENA conferences, NLRC proceedings or DOLE hearings.
• Background in financial services, shared services, BPO or multinational organizations.
• Exposure to policy governance, compliance, audit or risk management.
