Head of Human Resources

About the role

ING is looking for a Head of HR to lead the people agenda for ING Hubs Philippines, the largest location in ING's global Hubs network. You will act as a strategic partner to the Head of ING Hubs Philippines, the local Management Team and the Global Head of HR ING Hubs, turning global priorities into a local people strategy. The role leads a high-performing HR organization focused on workforce transformation, talent and leadership development, organizational effectiveness, employee experience and responsible people management.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the HR strategy for ING Hubs Philippines, aligned with ING's global people agenda.
• Advise senior leaders on workforce planning, organization design, leadership, talent, culture and employee experience.
• Lead and develop an efficient, scalable HR function.
• Drive workforce transformation, including strategic workforce planning, reskilling, upskilling and internal mobility.
• Lead talent, succession, leadership development, employer branding and talent acquisition.
• Foster an inclusive, high-performance culture and ensure compliance, governance and risk management across HR activities.
• Drive operational excellence through simplification, automation, AI and people analytics.
• Manage the people and social impact of organizational change.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field; Master's preferred.
• 15+ years of progressive HR leadership experience.
• Experience in large, complex, international and matrixed organizations.
• Proven success advising senior leaders on strategic workforce, organizational, talent and transformation initiatives.
• Knowledge of local employment legislation and regulatory requirements.
