Performance and Rewards Expert

About the role

ING is looking for a Performance and Rewards Expert III in Manila to help design and deliver people solutions that attract, motivate and retain talent. The role develops and enhances reward and performance frameworks, partnering with stakeholders on compensation programs, annual pay reviews, incentive schemes, job evaluation and performance management. It sits within a collaborative HR expertise team working with business leaders, HR partners and global stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Support annual compensation processes such as merit increases and variable remuneration.
• Contribute to the design and enhancement of compensation, benefits, incentive and recognition programs.
• Support performance management policies, processes and implementation.
• Partner with senior business and HR stakeholders, including HR leadership, on performance and reward matters.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements and governance standards.
• Contribute to the development and improvement of HR frameworks, policies and tools.
• Provide performance and rewards support to Hubs Philippines and key growth markets such as Spain and Turkey, with market-specific knowledge an advantage.

Required profile

• Experience in compensation and benefits, total rewards, performance management or a related HR specialty.
• Experience supporting pay reviews, incentive programs, job evaluation or reward program design.
• Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to communicate complex information clearly to different audiences.
• Attention to detail, planning and organizational skills, with a collaborative mindset.

• Data visualization and reporting tools.
