E-commerce Junior Key Account Manager

About the role

Intrepid Asia is seeking a Junior Key Account Manager to support small and medium‑sized e‑commerce accounts across Southeast Asia. You will work within the Brand Management Team, helping clients drive sustainable online growth through data‑backed strategies and cross‑functional collaboration.

Key responsibilities

• Support the execution of promotion plans and coordinate campaigns.
• Maintain product listings and submit pricing updates.
• Manage inventory efficiently to prevent stock‑outs.
• Collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams such as Content, Customer Service, and Fulfillment.
• Handle operational tasks, storefront maintenance, and ad‑hoc projects related to online sales.

Required profile

• University degree.
• Strong command of English (reading, writing, speaking, listening).
• Problem‑solving mindset, willingness to learn and optimise processes.
• Analytical ability with experience using Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Comfort interacting with diverse business stakeholders, both remotely and in person.
• Tenacity to develop ideas independently in a fast‑paced start‑up environment.
• Previous e‑commerce experience is a strong plus.
