Driver – Transportation & Valet Services

About the role

The Driver, Transportation and Valet will provide safe, efficient and courteous transportation services to guests of City of Dreams Manila. Working with limousines, shuttles and valet‑managed vehicles, you will ensure a seamless travel experience from arrival to departure.

Key responsibilities

• Guarantee guest safety, security and comfort before, during and after each trip.
• Operate limousines, shuttles and buggy vehicles, handling parking, retrieval and driving duties.
• Check booking details in trip tickets and the Smart2Car system, and keep dispatchers updated on trip status.
• Perform minor vehicle troubleshooting, use appropriate tools, and report any issues or repairs promptly.
• Inspect vehicle amenities, clean interiors before and after service, and report missing or defective items.
• Assist guests with door opening, luggage handling, and installation of child safety seats when required.
• Maintain immaculate vehicle condition, ensure proper parking in designated areas, and monitor parking zones for safety and cleanliness.
• Handle lost‑and‑found items, provide property information, directions and activity recommendations.
• Document and report any incidents, accidents, complaints or unsafe conditions to management.

• Installation of child safety (baby/toddler) seats.
• Use of the Smart2Car reservation system.
