About the role
Coordinate the prompt, safe, and cost‑effective dispatch of finished goods to customers while ensuring compliance with cold‑chain temperature requirements and the company’s quality management system.
Key responsibilities
- Manage delivery schedules, optimize routes and monitor transportation costs to meet cost targets.
- Supervise dispatching and distribution operations, including fleet monitoring and coordination with 3PL partners.
- Handle and resolve delivery issues or emergencies during transit and maintain accurate delivery reports and asset‑tracking records.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Customs Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Operations, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of supervisory experience in logistics, fleet management, or cold‑chain distribution, preferably in the food industry.
Required skills
- Route planning and optimization.
- Fleet maintenance knowledge.
- Cold‑chain regulations and food‑safety transport requirements.
- Third‑party logistics (3PL) management.
- Asset tracking and delivery reporting.
