Director of Food & Beverage – Luxury Resort

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Director of Food & Beverage to lead the culinary and beverage experience at South Palms Resort and Spa Panglao – MGallery. You will shape the guest experience, drive profitability, and uphold the brand’s high standards in a luxury island setting.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, mentor and train the Food & Beverage Operations team.
• Maintain and enforce all Food & Beverage brand standards.
• Develop new product concepts and service offerings.
• Create memorable guest experiences across all F&B outlets.
• Oversee and promote every point of sale within the resort.
• Ensure seamless communication of information to relevant departments.

Required profile

• Proven senior‑level experience in hospitality Food & Beverage management.
• Guest‑oriented, outgoing and service‑minded.
• Strong leadership with the ability to motivate diverse teams.
• Excellent organisational and time‑management abilities.
• Analytical mindset with solid problem‑solving skills.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
