About the role

The Director – HR Business Partner & Services will act as a trusted advisor to global clients, shaping workforce strategies that drive growth and operational efficiency. This senior role elevates HR from a support function to a strategic enabler for offshore operations.

Key responsibilities

• Provide strategic HR partnership, translating business goals into scalable people solutions.
• Lead employee‑relations governance, ensuring compliant and defensible case management.
• Design organization structures and workforce plans to support scalability and efficiency.
• Advise on compensation, rewards, and performance frameworks.
• Oversee end‑to‑end HR service delivery with focus on quality, speed, and employee experience.
• Translate workforce data into actionable insights and develop reporting dashboards.
• Build, lead, and mentor a high‑performing HRBP and HR Services team.

Required profile

• Strong background in HR business partnering, client advisory, and HR operations.
• Proven experience in employee relations, organization design, and workforce planning.
• Experience supporting global or offshore operations is a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency with HRIS platforms.
• Experience using reporting tools and workforce analytics.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
• Familiarity with Google Workspace.
