About the role

Thermo Fisher Scientific is seeking a Senior Recruiter to join its Talent Acquisition team. In this role you will help attract qualified talent that supports the company’s mission of making the world healthier, cleaner, and safer. You will act as a strategic talent advisor and manage full‑cycle recruitment across multiple business units.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment for diverse roles, ensuring a high‑quality candidate experience.
• Partner with hiring managers and HR partners to design and execute sourcing strategies, building strong talent pipelines.
• Utilize data‑driven insights and metrics to continuously improve recruiting processes.

Required profile

• Advanced degree plus 3 years, or Bachelor’s degree plus 5 years, of full‑cycle recruitment experience in life sciences.
• Demonstrated ability to handle high‑volume recruitment across multiple functions and regions.
• Strong stakeholder management and consultation skills at all organizational levels.

Required skills

• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and CRM platforms; Workday knowledge preferred.
• Advanced sourcing techniques including Boolean search, direct sourcing, and social media recruiting.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint for metrics reporting and presentations.
• Data analysis and dashboard creation to drive recruiting insights.
