Digital Marketing Specialist

About the role

The Digital Marketing Specialist will support the Marketing Manager in driving brand awareness and business growth for Outsourced.ph. Working remotely, you will be involved in planning, executing and analysing multi‑channel campaigns, managing events and maintaining the company’s digital presence.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in the execution and project management of marketing campaigns, including product launches and promotional material.
• Coordinate webinars, seminars, tech events and conferences, handling promotion, logistics and post‑event follow‑up.
• Create and send email marketing and outbound campaigns, monitoring performance and ROI.
• Manage all social media platforms, develop content and copy, and ensure consistent brand messaging.
• Maintain and update website content using WordPress and other CMS tools.
• Prepare monthly marketing reports and manage HubSpot for campaign setup and tracking.
• Handle general administrative tasks, marketing inbox and liaise with internal stakeholders and external suppliers.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of experience in a marketing role.
• Relevant tertiary qualification in Marketing or Communications (preferred).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with high attention to detail.
• Excellent time‑management and project‑management abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with HubSpot marketing automation and workflow setup.
• Hands‑on experience with WordPress CMS.
• Design skills using Canva, Adobe InDesign and Photoshop.
• Knowledge of SEO and SEM best practices.
• Familiarity with ZoomInfo Pro and Microsoft Office suite.
