About the role
A growing Australian craft beverage business is looking for a commercially and strategically minded Digital Marketing Manager to own and grow its e-commerce channel. Compensation is $2,000 - $3,000 AUD per month.
Key responsibilities
- Co-create a 12-month digital marketing strategy with the founder and own it, then run delivery through two-month plans with weekly reporting and monthly strategy sessions.

- Plan, run and optimise Google Ads and Meta (Facebook and Instagram) campaigns to ROAS/CPA targets.
- Build and optimise Klaviyo flows (welcome, abandoned cart, post-purchase, win-back) and segment for retention and LTV.
- Manage advanced Shopify, including CRO, product launches and on-site campaigns.
- Plan social content calendars and coordinate PR and influencer marketing.
- Support trade marketing for on-premise and off-premise channels, and use Canva for web banners, social and EDM graphics.
- Support product pricing, promotional planning and budget/cost planning.
- Act as the AI champion for marketing, using AI tools to speed up content, planning and reporting.
Required profile
- 5+ years in digital marketing, including building and owning strategy, not just executing channels.
- Strong brand literacy and the autonomy to run the function without being managed task by task.
- Confident with analytics and reporting on revenue, conversion and ROAS.
- Experience in alcohol, beverage or hospitality is highly desirable.
- Excellent written and spoken English and strong overlap with Australian Eastern business hours.
Required skills
- Google Ads and Meta Ads, with budget management to ROAS/CPA targets.
- Advanced Shopify, including conversion rate optimisation.
- Klaviyo flows and campaigns; Mailchimp or similar also welcome.
- Canva, with photo and video editing.
- PR and influencer marketing experience.
