DevOps Engineer – Remote (Work from Home)

About the role

We are looking for a DevOps Engineer to own and manage our Linux and Windows systems, ensuring reliable deployment, monitoring, and maintenance of both open‑source and proprietary applications. The role is fully remote and offers a supportive environment for continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, design, build, and define monitoring for Linux and Windows applications and the underlying infrastructure.
• Implement client‑requested integrations and support the team in deploying updates and fixes.
• Conduct root‑cause analysis, investigate technical issues, and create resources to prevent future incidents.
• Develop scripts to automate processes, updates, and routine tasks.
• Provide technical support and design procedures for system troubleshooting and maintenance.

Required profile

• Proven experience administering version‑control systems and managing remote repositories.
• Strong knowledge of Linux server administration (Ubuntu, CentOS, Debian).
• Experience with web‑server administration (Nginx, Apache).
• Background in database administration and management.
• Hands‑on experience with CI/CD pipelines and automation tools.
• Understanding of development security operations and infrastructure security.
• Experience with bash scripting; Python or PHP is a plus.
• Familiarity with infrastructure and event monitoring.
• Experience with cloud computing, virtualization, hypervisors, and cloud service providers.
