DevOps Engineer – Banking IT Solutions

About the role

SUNLINE, a leader in Banking IT Solutions, is looking for a DevOps Engineer to support its financial‑sector clients. You will work closely with development teams to implement, automate, and maintain CI/CD pipelines and cloud infrastructure, ensuring high availability, security, and compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Implement deployment strategies and manage CI/CD pipelines for banking applications.
• Configure, monitor, and manage cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP, HWC) to ensure system availability and security.
• Write and maintain automation scripts (Shell, Python) for system configuration and management.
• Provide technical support during deployments, quickly resolving issues to ensure successful project delivery.
• Maintain monitoring and alerting systems, analyze performance, and recommend optimisations.
• Collaborate with development teams to execute tasks and meet client expectations.
• Ensure solutions comply with banking security and regulatory standards.
• Participate in 24x7 operational support, handling production incidents and coordinating with stakeholders.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of DevOps experience, preferably in the financial sector.
• Proven ability to work in fast‑paced, client‑focused environments.

Required skills

• CI/CD tools: Jenkins, GitLab CI, ArgoCD.
• Cloud platforms: AWS, Azure, GCP, HWC.
• Scripting languages: Shell, Python.
• Experience with monitoring, alerting, and security compliance.
