Data Analytics Senior Consultant

About the role

Deloitte is seeking a Data Analytics Senior Consultant to join its data & analytics team. You will work closely with project leads and stakeholders to understand analytical needs and deliver actionable insights that drive business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to define analytical requirements and provide data‑driven recommendations.
• Create and maintain interactive visualizations using multiple data sources.
• Design and implement data acquisition, integration, and transformation workflows.
• Identify automation opportunities and build repeatable processes.
• Support multiple projects, ensuring delivery within time, quality, and budget constraints.
• Document data sources, models, and algorithms used in each solution.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to a performance‑driven culture.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Mathematics or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience analyzing complex data sets and systems.
• Proven ability to build strong client and stakeholder relationships.
• Demonstrated initiative, innovative thinking, and a growth mindset.
