Key responsibilities

• Provide accurate and timely responses to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat.
• Filter website content, conduct basic data research, and perform troubleshooting.
• Manage and resolve customer complaints, escalating priority issues when needed.
• Route calls to appropriate resources and document interactions according to SOPs.
• Maintain confidentiality of all login credentials and adhere to TaskUs policies.

Required profile

• Open to starters; no prior experience required.
• Willingness to work cyclical schedules.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Self‑motivated, detail‑oriented, and able to multitask.
• Problem‑solving mindset with focus on customer satisfaction.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Windows OS.
