About the role
qlub is a fast‑scaling fintech startup transforming restaurant payments. We are looking for a Customer Service Specialist based in the Philippines to join our growing Asia team and help deliver seamless guest experiences.
Key responsibilities
- Respond to customer queries via phone, email, and chat in a timely manner.
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve issues customers encounter on the qlub platform.
- Capture, organise, and report product issues or valuable feedback to internal teams.
- Collaborate with the Operations team to ensure technical problems are followed up and resolved.
Required profile
- 1‑2 years of experience in customer support (fresh graduates are welcome).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work in a fast‑paced environment.
- Strong problem‑solving skills with attention to detail.
- Customer‑focused attitude and willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends.
