About the role

The Customer Service Representative will be the primary point of contact for clients, handling inquiries through phone, email, and chat. This role requires a professional demeanor, strong communication abilities, and a focus on delivering accurate information and solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional manner.
• Provide product information, process orders, and troubleshoot issues.
• Document and track all interactions using CRM software.
• Resolve complaints efficiently while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with team members to improve service processes.
• Handle a high volume of inquiries while preserving quality standards.
• Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (preferred).
• 13 years of experience in customer service.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Patient, empathetic and able to stay calm under pressure.
• Strong multitasking and time‑management abilities.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Required skills
