Customer Service Associate – Permanent (Full‑time)

About the role

As a Customer Service Associate you will receive training to investigate, solve problems and guide customers without following a scripted dialogue, bringing your own personality to each interaction.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for North America and United Kingdom customers via phone, chat and email, handling order, product, payment and website queries.
• Utilise Amazon’s internal tools to navigate, research and review solutions, ensuring clear and effective communication with customers.
