Customer Service Assistant – Central Luzon (Angeles, Pampanga)

About the role

We are looking for a Customer Service Assistant to join our pool of staff covering the Central Luzon area, specifically the Angeles Nepomart Branch. The role is focused on supervising branch operations, ensuring compliance with bank policies and delivering efficient service to customers on a temporary assignment basis.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the Chief Control Steward for the assigned branch, overseeing the execution, supervision and management of operational flow.
• Ensure strict adherence to internal and regulatory policies, procedures and control mechanisms to avoid monetary losses or penalties.
• Contribute to the area’s audit rating by enforcing internal control measures in all branch transactions.
• Support customer retention by providing competent and efficient service for all customer transactions.
• Participate actively in branch meetings and area conferences, sharing ideas and feedback.
• Perform any additional tasks assigned by the Area Operations Officer.

Required profile

• Experience in branch operations or a similar banking environment.
• Strong understanding of bank policies, regulations and internal controls.
• Ability to supervise staff and manage operational processes accurately and timely.
• Commitment to ethical standards and the bank’s code of conduct.
