About the role
Excelitas Technologies is seeking an Accounts Payable and Travel & Expense Processor to ensure timely payment processing and accurate expense handling for its Manila facility.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the AP subsidiary ledger and ensure on‑time payment processing according to company schedules.
- Post invoices (PO, non‑PO) and verify travel & expense claims accurately and promptly.
- Perform consignment settlement, analyze AP aging, block reports, GRIR and other AP reports.
- Resolve payment issues quickly and support multiple shift assignments (APAC, EMEA, NA) as needed.
Required profile
- Graduate in Accounting or equivalent diploma.
- Minimum 3 years of AP experience in a large multinational manufacturing environment.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and handle confidential data discreetly.
- Flexibility to work onsite in the Philippines or remotely for other regions.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Working knowledge of ERP systems, specifically SAP/S4HANA.
- Experience with travel & expense tools such as Concur.
