Customer Experience Associate (Spanish)

About the role

Maersk is seeking a Customer Experience Associate who will support Spanish‑speaking customers throughout the shipment lifecycle. You will act as a bridge between customers and internal teams, ensuring smooth onboarding, issue resolution, and a high level of satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Manage customer communication channels and handle case management activities.
• Onboard new customers, maintain relationships, and oversee contract and dispute management.
• Assist customers with issues, coordinating with local and offshore teams to resolve exceptions promptly.
• Execute end‑to‑end shipment processes, including import/export documentation and compliance with service level agreements.
• Support proactive cargo readiness, delivery order preparation, and coordination with Area Partners.
• Handle incoming service queries, issue escalation, and exception management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Logistics, Customs Administration, or a related field).
• Minimum two years of experience in customer service within shipping, forwarding, or supply‑chain environments.
• Fluent in Spanish and able to communicate effectively with customers and internal stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of customers' business drivers and ability to build lasting relationships.
